    Fermenting away.

I'm having a little trouble with my temp control though. I blame it on the triple digit temps we're having here in NorCal.

I usually like to ferment s05 low (peachy) but I'm holding 68-70f.

Yeah, and depending on the ABV, Green Flash Palate Wrecker might be a triple, or its a really bitter I2PA. its definitely low malt as well.

bottled my 2.5 gallon batch IPA 2 days ago and pitched 2 gallons of costco 100% apple juice and 12oz grocery store frozen (defrosted) apple juice concentrate directly into the fermenter over the old yeast cake. OG was 14.5 brix. Just took a reading today and it's already down to 8.5 brix. That bad boy is bubbling like crazy. Once it stops bubbling I'm going to dry hop with 1oz cascade hops. Hopefully this will be a good hoppy and strong cider.

It's not a home brew, but it's is only 25 cents tonight. I feel like I'm back in college.

Currently drinking a Grapefruit Hefe. Used the juice and zest of 3 grapefruit in the primary and again in the secondary. Added 1/2lb of non fermentable sugar at bottling to up the sweetness (for my wife). Really didn't come out sweet or grapefruity, which is surprising based on how much grapefruit went into it, but it is a nice mello easy drinking hefe with a nice citrus finish...

Got a lime shandy in the secondary right now, bottle it next week. That should do my wife for the summer, going back to floral pale ales after I bottle this one.
