@ChadsPride im sure you've seen the mkv Supra concept aka the FT1. Only thing I don't like is it's a joint build with BMW. Which means it won't have the 2jz when it goes to production.

Omfg so I just went to a new gym under a groupon. Holy fuck, that was NOT a gym. It was a small storage unit with a padded floor.

The "trainer" greets me in literally a sports bra, underwear, and flip flops. Does not have the body for it at all.

I stand awkwardly for 10 minutes while she gets the internet to work. I assess the situation.

Half painted walls, exposed wires from the light sockets, exposed insulation and wood beams.

The class was supposed to start at 9. At 9:02 there was one other person there while the chick was fidgeting with the computer trying to cash in my groupon.

I told her I changed my mind and walked out.

It was the worst "gym" I have ever seen. I feel like a homeless shelter would be up to a better standard. I feel like I could run a nicer gym from my house.

I wonder how difficult it would be to get my money back...

It was only $35 for unlimited classes for a month. But their memberships go for $170 a month.

When another guy told me "it's probably not as nice as the gym you're going to, probably" I thought "hey, how bad could it possibly be?"

Really bad apparently is the answer.

There was a small office with the door partially open. I'm assuming it was the owner. His desk was strewn with hand sanitizer and papers. He had his bare feet up on the desk.

Everything about the place just seemed so unprofessional. I don't know how anybody could go there. It was horrible.

 

How often are you invited to padded rooms?

 

Dude my first crossfit gym was huge, clean and nice, and all the trainers were competitive athletes. I think I'm going to go back.

 

You sure the "gym" isn't a cover for an underground ring of some sort..?

 

Refunds aren't unheard of.

 

Fuck it, I'm just going to do a work out video instead...

 

I wouldn't put it past them. Shit was shanty af.
