What level of tint are your side windows?

The front are whatever the legal limit is here in TX (I want to say around 25% but don't remember). They look darker in the pic due to the reflection (and prob. because I had just washed the truck, lol). On the rear it's much darker since the glass was already dark from the factory before I added the tint (it's been a couple of years since I had this done so I don't remember if I went darker in the back windows). I had "illegal" tint on a previous vehicle and it was a complete pain in the ass every year when I had to go get my inspection done.

Take it off. I had to remove those and the mudflaps after I got my MT's put on. I still rub a little bit, but it's bearable. This is the only reason I wish I had gone with the ProComp wheels that look like these. But otherwise I am happy with these wheels.

Digging up an old thread... I've got 265/70R17 KO2s on 17x9.5" Black Rhino rims. Asked for 17x8 but they were out and tire place put them on 17x9.5's.

Now I'm starting to worry the rim is too wide.

Check BFG's website. Should list maximum rim width.

Yeah, I talked with them after that and they said there should not be any issues but if I wanted I could look at getting new ones. Will think about it.

I feel bad for thinking 285 or bigger was the way to go because 265's still look great with the ko 2's.

The primary concern would be unseating the bead if you had a hard hit or turn with lower tire pressures. If you air down for off road do not go too low. The stiffer sidewall is what requires a 8.5 inch max rim on a 265. The stiffer sidewall will not flex as much as say a P rated tire so it needs a narrower rim to keep it from coming off the bead.

Just stock offroad shocks from a 2014. I had original stock sport shocks on before

So, here's my Tacoma running 265/70R17 KO2's on 17x9.5 Black Rhino Overland rims. They stick out beyond the fender flare a little bit and I had to remove the mud flaps on the front as well as the air fin due to rubbing. No lift, stock shocks.
