I've seen a lot of bitching about the seats being too low, lack of padding, etc.

People solved this by modding the seat rails, padded seat covers, leather covers, etc.

I bought the Conformax Airmax gel pads. Talk about major change! You sit well over an inch higher!

No longer worried about long road trips. I'll update this in the future after I take a trip of 5+ hours. The full set is mostly for my fiancée and her weak back. But I'm trying it until I move it to the passenger side.

I know they look a little getto, but I wanted to try this before seat covers. I'll raise the back pad some and scoot the butt pad back a little.

I added a pad myself, however, its super annoying having to adjust it every time I slide my ass across it. Thinking of doing the spacer mod for the base of the chair

Unfortunately that doesn't solve the issue people have with cushioning of the seats. I won't be using these cushions daily. Only for long distance trips.

What spacer mod? I'd love to see this as I feel like I am sitting low in the seat as well.
