Where did you order from? Also, are the billet UCAs worth it, compared to the tubular?

Ordered them direct from ICON. The Billets have Heim joints as opposed to urethane bushings on the Tubulars which need grease often. I just spray mine with Superlube on occasion. Less maintenance...;)

lol...I didn't plan this as a mod... My Uni-balls were going to shit and I had no choice. The Delta Joint came out at the right time otherwise it would have been another Uni-ball...:D

For those contemplating getting the Archive shackle flip kit and having All-Pro shackles. All-Pro leaf packs are not exactly the width of the Tacoma shackle. That's a thread in itself...lol Anyways, here's a pic of the issue showing an 1/8" gap which causes side to side play when turning. @ARCHIVE is crafting up a washer solution to resolve this gap.

I'm getting 100 stainless washers lasered up to solve AllPro's issue, and should have them available in about 2 weeks.

Did you have the clutch handle facing outward from the passenger side?

There is no external clutch on this model. The clutch is internally controlled by the wireless controller. You can Google the Warn platinum 10s and get details;)

Sometimes it's the maintenance items that make off-roading such an enjoyable activity:rofl::rofl::p

Soooo...prep-work begins for 35's. After trying unsuccessfully for 3 months to get SCS wheels online...I finally hit the Lotto...:burp:

Ripped off fender flares for the upcoming Bushwhackers to get a little more tire coverage. :sawzall:Removing the fender liners was a PITA as I was trying to remove all the clips without breaking them on the first fender...WTF was I thinking!!:annoyed: After the first one, and on the advice of @bullaculla:gossip:, I just grabbed tight and pulled Da Faka's off.. The pinch weld wasn't as bad as I thought when you have a BFH (Big Fucking Hammer).:D Thanks Iven... Anyways, she's ready for the first stage of the transformation. Wheels and tires this coming week as well as the Bushwhackers. I'll mount the wheels/tires first and trim the vertical face off the Bushwhackers first and then place it on the fender to determine how much I need to cut for clearance. Also plan to hard mount the Bushwhackers with bolts and spacers into the fender instead of the cosmetic looking BS. Bullaculla did the math and has the perfect parts solution...

Step 1: Remove flares and liners Funny...noticed a bigass "D" on the fender...lol Guess that means "Driver" in Japaneseo_O

    Flares.jpg

Step 2: Pinch weld smashed the hell back... Sprayed it with a thick coat of Plasti-Dip to fill in any fissures from the banging. I might rescue that bent tab in the pinch weld for a fender liner mount point...Just noticed it was blasted into the pinch weld...:smash:

    pinchweld.jpg

My small ass garage looks like a chop-shop with body parts all over the place...:notsure: Oh Yeah...that Pro-Eagle jack is sweet!..

    chopshop.jpg

    More to follow...

I think you mean "big D" in Mexican? And if you think just pulling the liners out was a PITA, wait till it's time to actually cut stuff
