I'm a steel fabricator, I live in Canada, and the Milwaukee 30inch tool chest is not available in Canadian stores which leaves me with only the option to drive to the states and buy one for an inflated price thanks to the poor Canadian dollar and then pay duty on top of that.

Is anyone selling a used one in Washington state or even Oregon?

Check out Harbor Freight Tools -- they have a bunch in WA state, and I have no complaints about my box for significantly cheaper.

Is it specifically Milwaukee brand? I've looked at many boxes and not alot of them have the features I want/need in Milwaukees box.

    Soft close drawers
Correct size dimensions for my work area
Heavy toolbox construction that doesn't feel like it will fall apart
Power bar built into the side

    That sort of thing

it's not but the overall reviews say they are like 80% good vs snap on, mac, and other high end boxes.

Yeah, they're good boxes but as far as your specifics, probably worth the extra hundred to go with that Milwaukee. Was just tossing it out there as an option!

I definitely appreciate the suggestion, had it been anyone else, another brand toolbox would do. I've been waiting over a year to purchase a new toolbox and have come close on a few others but they're either too big, too small, or poorly built... Or far too expensive haha. Everything I buy I research the crap out of it so I only (hopefully) have to buy it once. So far I haven't been let down.

This is also the reason I drive a Tacoma :D

Thanks again for the replies, I'll keep searching. I may end up spending the extra and just buying a brand new one, but in the meantime if someone sees this and is selling theirs, I will buy it!
