Looking for a stock rear bumper 05-15

Some asshole rear ended me. I got his license, insurance and pictures of the vehicles. It was 6am and no witnesses. Now he won't answer calls from AAA his insurance, which means I have go though mine and then wait for my insurance to get them to pay.
