2016 Tacoma TRD sport

I bought cheap LED cabin lights on eBay for my 2016 Tacoma, and they flicker like crazy. The same lights do not flicker at all in my Corolla, so it seems It's my truck and not the bulbs. None of the cabin light kits on Ebay seem to have a name brand. What brand can I buy and from where that will work well? Also, suggestions on which LED bulbs to buy for upgrading the stock H11 headlights? Thanks!
