    Thanks for the support!

We have so many different options and everyone has a personal preference so there isn't just one ideal setup. I can give you a list of patterns on what works best for certain locations on the vehicle. From there you can decide on the exact model based on what suits your budget and needs. https://www.bajadesigns.com/

Included will be some photos to see the differences between patterns.

    Roof
When it comes to the roof we always recommend SPOT for forward projection lighting. The Spot pattern will give you the most usable light up top. Some choose Driving/Combo but we don't recommend it due to the added nearfield lighting of the combo pattern. This will give you increased hood glare compared to the Spot pattern. For Rear Facing lights we recommend WORK/SCENE to be used as Camp Lights, Dust Lights, Reverse, and more!

    Front Bumper
    Option A)
If you're going to bolt a light bar or some auxiliary lights to your bumper I would go with the Driving/Combo. The Combo is exactly how it sounds. It's a combination of our Spot and Wide Cornering / Wide Driving patterns giving you a nice blend of nearfield, midfield, and distance.

    Option B)
Another very popular option in the Fog Pocket location is our Wide Cornering pattern. The Wide Cornering is designed for nearfield lighting and will give you a very smooth pattern that is also ideal for poor conditions like Rain, snow, dust, etc. The Squadron Series is very popular in OEM and aftermarket bumper applications. NOTE: XL80 Shown. I don't have any photos of the Squadron Series in Wide Cornering with distance markers.

    Rear Bumper
For the rear the most popular is our Wide Cornering in Squadron and S2 Series Lights. This will give you a very wide nearfield pattern that will aid in reversing at night or setting up camp. I'm personally running a set of our Squadron Series in Wide Cornering and even with tinted windows up front I can comfortably reverse at night. This has helped significantly with all of the kids running around the neighborhood.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi Bailey,
Thanks for the information and the photos! Couple of additional questions.
Would you ever recomend an Onx6 Hi power spot in the lower bumper/behind the grill location on a 16 tacoma, or would this bar be wasted in this location. Also, what about what works best in the ditch light location. What I am thinking is wide cornering in the fog location, hi power spot behind the bumper, with driving combo squadrons in the ditch light location. Thoughts? I will never run a roof bar, as that is just not for me.
    Thanks in advance!

For the Hi-Power I would stick with the Driving/Combo pattern. We have found you have the most usable light in that pattern. After testing the other configurations we decided to only offer the OnX6 hi-power in Driving/Combo. It would not be wasted in the bumper location. The output might be very slightly reduced depending on if the light sits back or is flush with the bumper. It wouldn't be noticeable to most.

As far as ditch lights go, we either recommend Spot (Aimed Forward) or Wide Cornering (Aimed out towards the shoulders of the road). This comes down to what you're using the lights for. I personally run a Pair of S2 Pros in Wide Cornering that are aimed out towards the shoulder of the road. This helps when driving on rural roads at night where wildlife or other obstructions can enter the roadway.

Check out this video. At the end we show some output shots. Plenty of light for you. If you have any questions please let me know and we can help you out!
