I'm having this same problem but it seems to be related to having two devices paired to the truck. Both my wife and I drive the truck and have iPhones. The problem has never been when we are in the truck together with our phones at the same time. It happens to my phone after she has driven the truck without me and then I take it, such as my drive to work this morning after she used the truck last night. My bluetooth audio (Pandora) was skipping around. I've had it happen with my music library as well so it is bluetooth related. I've tried several different methods of correcting it but the only one that works for me is to delete the phone out of the truck, and the truck out of my phone, then allow them to re-pair. I can't recall if I had to delete the truck out of the phone the first few times this happened but this morning I certainly did. After I deleted the phone out of the truck, the phone wouldn't re-pair so I had to delete the truck from the "My Devices" in the phone too and then re-find it. All software is up to date on my phone.

I have the Etune JBL system in my truck. I was considering going by the dealer at lunch today to see if they are aware of this problem and if there are any fixes. It is unacceptable that these steps are necessary just because another phone was paired in the truck, in a radio that can store several devices to be paired to.

    Non yet
I have the same issue with my 2017 and the blue tooth issue resolves when I start and stop the blutooth antenna on my iPhone 6s plus. I will try removing the connection and reconnecting as was said up in the list.

Since the last update I'm getting a lot of 'insufficient connectivity'...
