    P0420 "Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold"....either you have a bad catalytic converter or an 02 sensor going bad (could be other things but those are most common it seems).

    Have you tried resetting the code to see if it comes back? I had that code while off-roading awhile ago, but reset it when I got back home and it's stayed off since. Scangauge shows no stored codes so I'm writing it off as a fluke due to wheeling conditions in really hot weather.

    i had the same issue once, i would commend cataclean first before spending money on cats.
