Morning everyone! One more night shift and then I'm off for a few days No mods planned though as I need to pack up my entire house in three days

 

Moving sucks!!!! I always lose stuff!

 

It really does! It's going to be so nice to go from a townhouse into an actual house with a yard for our dog though.

 

It is also a good reason to get rid of the stuff you don't use anymore lol

I played crime fighter today and almost got ran over by an asshole beating up his girl.

 

No, unfortunately not. Out tosnhouse has a garage, so I'm really gonna miss that.

FWIW, I'd never buy a house without a garage! We're just renting.

I basically live in my garage, well at least as much as the wife will let me.

 

So I am heading home from the office. Im stuck in traffic and in front of me is an older model suburban acting erratic. He is constantly pressing on the break causing the truck to rock back and forth. I figured it was just a random asshole so I switched lanes. In the next light I see a guy just swinging backfists at his girl. I start honking to see if he would stop but only saw him swing some more. Tacoma goes in park & the 45 goes in the right hand. I jump out & go around the front of the Suburban and thats when the asshole goes forward with the truck almost pinning me between his front bumper and the rear bumper of the vehicle in front. I reach the drivers door and swing it open. The guy takes a swing but gets a close encounter with Beyoncé aka my 45 acp. Its amazing how quickly their bravado flees their body when they see a 6 foot tall 245lb guy holding a gun to their noggin. By that time PD rolled up and proceeded to point a gun and disarm me. They took my gun even after I told them that I had my CHL and was preventing a crime. The girl went to the hospital, asshole to jail & I got to go home after 1 hour of repetitive questioning from officers & investigators.

 

DUDE, that is some real shit. I commend you for taking action and protecting that woman I'm very thankful that everyone made it out safe.

Beyonce should be back home Friday. One of the investigators just felt the need to keep it & run the serial number. Go figure, an armed citizen steps in to protect the incident & ended up getting questioned more that the guy beating the shit out of his girl.
