I hate going to those stores for fasteners. Luckily there's a great place about 7 minutes from both of those stores with people who actually ask if you need help.

 

Is this the Stassney/35 Lowes? That place is notorious for not having the right hardware in the right drawer. Last time, they had removed 6-7 drawers completely and the workers had no clue where they went. It went 25, 26, 34, 35, 36 etc. The computer said the part i need was in drawer 27. They had no idea where it went
