I bought a fridge from truckfridge a while back, and I want to build a longer cord for it so that I can keep it in the shade while still having it plugged into a 12V socket in my truck.

I have no idea what this type of connector is called to try and order one and build my own extension cord for it, any ideas?

It's a rectangular connector, 2 rectangular pins with a notch on one side so that it's keyed.

No doubt it is built just for that application .

Happens quite often with electrical parts .

There might even be a manufactures name and number track them down and be told you need to buy that part from who built your fridge

Thanks guys, I ended up giving up the search and just bought another cord from truckfridge that I'm going to tear apart and splice back together with an extra 10 feet of cord in there. Not the prettiest solution, but it'll do the trick.
