Dude I made a big profit from selling my house in Vegas. Bought a house here and it appraised at 35k more than what we bought if for. I tried talking the wife into immediately selling it and making a bigger profit lol, but she loves this house and honestly so do I. I can see how it can be addictive.

Markets kinda iffy right now. Rumour is we may see another bubble soon. I'm strongly leaning towards listing mine here soon.. there's a lot of equity in it also, and would stand to make a decent amount of cash off it

I have a shelf full of investing books, nearly all mention real estate as one of the best investments.

The one we have listed right now has $50k in equity and our primary home has nearly triple that much... I'm hoping the Air Force moves us soon so we can sell and buy a few investment properties somewhere.

    Not bad at all.

Yeah we shall see what happens. Just going off my sources and what the market is showing. We are at a really good high point for sure.

Hopefully it holds out long enough for me to make lots of Benjamin's and really build the investments up.

We got in it at Peoria and then fought our way off at Northern, I think 30 mins.

Looks like it was a jumper. I thought those new fences were suppose to stop that.

I guess the city will just have to spend some more money. Maybe they can put up some electric flashing neon signs saying DONT JUMP.
    That'll do it.

Gears are in. Only put about 20 miles on them driving home, all surface streets. Per zuk, going to stay on surface streets for a while.

    First impressions:

Truck doesn't gear hunt and sit in overdrive at 10mph like it did.

Acceleration is obviously better (didn't push hard at all, can just tell.

Crusing at 45 the power is right there. Hit the gas and the truck goes.

At 50mph I was cursing at 1800 rmps (give or take)

So far, well worth the money. Zuk was awesome, and I would absolutely do it again. Guys with 2nd gens and 35's, go 4.88. They feel perfect. 2nd gens with 33s or 34s, stick with 4.56

Will update after I get to fucking floor it.

So what you are saying is go kill yourself in a remote area that doesn't fuck up my commute home. I am good with that.

That's funny. I've heard of guys on here going to 4.56's to run 35's but not for 33's. However, I have considered it for my 33's just to get some gas mileage back.

33s and 4.56 would be perfect imo. I thought about 4.56, which in theory would account for the 35's, but my tires are heavy and I have some added weight

Yeah. Honestly I think 4.88s are too over geared for 34s on second gens (they seem to work on third gens, but I say less power idk)

I'd do 4.56 with 34's with no hesitation
