2010 Tacoma 4wd v6 manual

Hi everyone, a week ago I had this mystery situation with 2010 Tacoma. I went kinda fast they a big puddle of water and right after I parked. Two hours later I started the truck and it didn't let me put in any gear. I had the truck towed to the dealer. That was Saturday night, Monday morning when they took a look at it I had call from them saying ( come pick you vehicle nothing is wrong with it) I told them the same story and everybody was scratching their heads not knowing what happened. Weird weird
