After several months of waiting, I'm finally a member of the club

So after 3 months of **patiently**, sometimes impatiently waiting, I'm finally a member of the cool kids club. The 08 access cab 4 banger served me well but it was time to move on to something else.

I searched for several months trying to get a used second gen under 60k miles for a good price, was even willing to do a 24hr drive. Even with that, every single time I was either undersold, truck was gone by the time I found it or they lied to me saying it was sold and relisted at a higher price.

So I finally decided "fuck all that" and went after a new one. Did all the negotiating online, drove 2 hours and picked it up. I was at the dealership literally for 20 minutes. Same with the insurance place, I was in and out in 15 minutes.

So I now own a new 2017 Tacoma double cab TRD Off-Road 4x4 auto trans in metallic grey. I wanted silver but can't have everything in life. Had to wait 3 weeks for the truck to arrive but it was worth waiting for the grey instead of jumping on the blue one they had originally offered me. I looked over all the numbers and I can't believe how well I did and only had to drive 2 hours and didn't have to spend an afternoon arguing with a salesmen.
Anyway, cool story bro. I'm happy
