I'd check out the wheels and tires forum. It has a lot of good info.

Here's one, I guess. 265/75/16 KO2s, with about a 2" lift. You can see it in action in my profile pic. Icon coilovers and shocks in the rear with Dakars. Mobtown sliders, RCI skids, and a couple of other small things.

I posted a picture here too: Post your 265/75 16s!. Which by the way, will have more pictures of what you're looking for.

1/2" toytec spacer. This option exists for people who have a toy already and can resist the urge to aim the parts cannon at their new truck with new oem parts. No felt difference in ride quality and the least amount of suspension geometry buggery. Often when people ask about spacers, a common remark is something like "40$ lift for a 40k truck". That's somewhat true. A 3 inch spacer lift is a shitty way to do a shitty lift, for a few reasons, generally just over taxing your components, leading to premature wear or outright failure. 1/2" spacers, however, give a nice 1" boost total to the front, without disturbing the peace inside your wheel well, which is nice when the truck is new and under warranty. The cost of the spacers is not important to me, nor should it be to you, when it is a component that you specifically require to do a specific thing. In this case, low impact, mild lift. You could go the bilstein route, but at that point, forego the tomfoolery and put fox resi's on it.
Here is the simple and under rated 1/2" spacer next to a stock.
