Ill try to make this as short as possible.

I bought a used truck about a year ago that had a 6'' procomp drop bracket lift.

I just bought another truck basically just for the TC long travel kit and rear SUA.

Both are 2006 TRD 4x4 DCSBs

Current truck is under 140k miles, "parts truck" is 250k miles... Both run and drive great.

Plans are to cut the crossmember out of the "parts truck", and weld back into my current truck (that had the crossmember removed for prior drop bracket install) and install the drop bracket lift on the "parts truck" to re-sell it.

Just wondering if anyone that has done a drop bracket removal before has any specific input. I have read through all of the available threads on he subject and they have provided me the confidence to go ahead with it, Just looking for any additional info I can get.

Main concern as of now is exactly how precise does the crossmember have to be when re-installed, It doesn't look like it has to be EXACT but I am not positive. Other than that anything else I should watch for?

What is the hardest part of this project?
