Well we are almost home, it was great to meet everyone. Pic of some of the trail dust.

 

Not clean no mo! 1 check engine light and a weird exhaust leak sound and bad rattle under full throttle under drivers seat... guess it was a success

 

Yup, me too. But had to help someone out.

Simple green soak. Hose off. Hot engine

Thanks to everyone who came to the Hillcountry run, it was a really great day!!!! We had a diverse group of vehicles and people ... and some cute dogs too!

We had 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gen Tacos, multiple generations of Land Cruisers including a right hand drive model, and a Raptor.

The first pic was one of the treats of leading a run. I was able to see a line of gorgeous vehicles making their way through the various terrains. The turnout was really great and just goes to show our little piece of TW is active and kick ass!

 

We are doing cheeseburger loop. I'll have the whole agenda posted shortly. I can really use a shower lol

Do you think a forester with a lift be able to do it?

 

I think so. I watched a video of a group on YT and it's forest service roads and what not. Should be fine for him and for any of our 2WD friends.... I'm looking at you @ChadsPride

That white 4Runner...where is he/ she from? There's someone always parked at the new Starbucks in Leander with a white 5th gen + steelies and blacked out. I don't recall it having sliders, though.

 

It was great meeting everyone and tons of fun! Thank you to everyone. Great group of people and better than I could have imagined for a new Austin transplant. This was exactly the kind of group/people that I was looking for.

I probably will not bring my LC to HF. Would anyone be cool with me doing a ride along to HF?
