i have bad bulb:: osram 64205 bilux h4 70/65 W

they are discontinued.

who knows the right replacement?

It is disappointing they were continued. Candlepowers recommendation is Volsa +100:

I would suggest getting the harness and going with the 85/80w version or better the 100/80w version:
