BMX bike from the 90's

I don't have a pic but I have an old 70's huffy thunder pro. It's a very cool bike, Heavy as hell though.

 

The Vertigo was basically the Performer without mags, right? I had Tomahawk mags with the GT tires on my VFR...I'd LOVE to get them back.

I miss my mags...it would be stupid to spend the $$$ to buy a set for it to sit around and do nothing, but I do miss my mags.

 

Holy shit I remember the 8-ball sprocket...wasnt it profile that made that?

 

It was what came on the Super Deluxe that year...the only thing on that bike that wasn't original was the seat, which was just the upgraded Haro cushion seat and the 8 ball valve stem caps, because why not. Oh, and the bent front wheel from when I tried (unsuccessfully) to jump a gap on the bike.

Those are Redline Flight cranks. Still money though not like the Aerospeeds. Love the Mike D ladder bars too.

 

Good question, I forget what wheels the Performer came with but same frame basically. I think one was full chromoly and the other tri-moly frame..

 

2 different kinds..I added black ACS mags with coaster brake

 

Do you still have this SD Shredder? I'm trying to buy one in good shape :/
