ok so this issue has been persisting for several weeks now and I CAN NOT FIGURE IT OUT! I've got a 2007 4x4 DCSB Taco. The right rear wheel has been making a strange noise between 10-20 MPH. Sounds like a high pitched grating, maybe like a rock stuck in the brakes? It doesn't seem to get better or worse, just persistent at low speeds. It's definitely coming from the right rear, I've jacked up all 4 corners and spun the tires thinking maybe a wheel bearing even though the sound isn't like any failed wheel bearing I've ever heard, no strange noises when I did this. I can't describe it very well and can't seem to get a good video of it, just hoping someone has had the same issue and has some insight.

I would think it maybe something in the drum. I would pull off the wheel and drum and see if something falls out or all the drums springs are in the correct place and not hanging.
