I just need to find a new job that's not in Monterey park. I'd be willing to pay a bit more to live somewhere nicer and closer to the beach

I work up the street in Alhambra

 

I'd possibly be ok with a studio but the ones I've seen are so fucking small it's a joke. And they're like $1200 lol. But ya I've got an investment account with a good amount that will be going to a down payment on a condo or house.

 

I'm trying to get somewhere closer to the beach. Ideally San Diego

 

You personally i think will go nuts in a studio!The only time you'll end up being there is to sleep.

 

go a little farther East in Chino.. can get away with a house for about 2k.

 

Haha ya. It'd depend on how big the place is. But I'd probably struggle in a studio

Had a friend who lived in DB last yr and rented a condo for $1500.He was over CA.though and moved to TX.

 

ya creatures out here on summer nights is pretty crazy. Wouldn't mind living in San Diego to be honest but $1200 mortgage on 2.5acres is worth sticking around here.
