Sorry bud, but even with a "high quality" spacer lift they still don't work for shit when hauling ass across the desert.(where the victim has easiest access to go offroading)

Spacer lifts are perfectly fine if you know what the parameters of it's function are. If you try to use the spacer lift outside it's range then you'll get failure of some component or another. If you drive on the street and don't need full wheel travel then use a spacer lift without worry, just raise your bumpstops to accommodate the shorter travel. If you plan on offroading and need the full wheel travel or require even longer wheel travel then don't expect a spacer lift to fill the bill. To call a spacer lift stupid because it failed when used outside its designed usage is.....stupid, to call ALL spacer lifts rubbish because everyone else said it was rubbish and hockey pucks shouldn't be used on a $35K truck is just ignorant. If you plan on offroading then use a system designed for it, if you just want to look taller in a street queen then use a spacer lift, it's cheaper than a $4K suspension that only sees speed bumps in a parking lot.
