There's really no set way for making an expo rig, also you don't necessarily need 4wd and a locker depending where you go and how prepared you are for self recovery. If you want some examples and various ideas though for your truck Expedition Portal is a great place for that. Here's the Toyota sub section
    http://forum.expeditionportal.com/forums/23-Toyota-FJ-Hilux-Tacoma-4Runner
That looks pretty, I'm guessing 4wd only
Ditch the wheels, strip the interior, add a roll cage, tune the motor, drag strip :D

Good luck with that. I got one not too long ago and it was pretty fun... It actually wasn't as bad as I expected. The most pain I got was minimal at best. I got super lucky from what I hear. The dentist did scare the crap out of me though. Before the procedure he told me how much it was going to hurt afterwards. Then he names all the medicines and I'm thinking that's what he recommends. He finishes it off with, "NONE OF THAT WILL HELP WITH THE PAIN!" I almost canceled it then and there LOL. He said most medicines relax or numb the muscles and this is more of a pressure pain or something like that. Only rinsing with warm water will help.

@uhplifted when I moved to SD I found a 1bd around 650sq ft for 1000/month. The deals are out there. Just keep your eyes open and move to SD. If push comes to shove I could probably get you a job where I work. It's not always fun, usually a total PITA but it would be a paycheck while you search for something in your career line.

Thanks for the offer. I just don't see myself moving unless I have a guaranteed job. Truck payment and insurance plus rent with my current pay is already over half my monthly pay :pout:

Careful with Relentless. They have a bad rep for not hitting their lead times. Just don't get your hopes up for getting it on time but their stuff is first class. But patience is the key.

It's 14-16 weeks. That's a pretty big ass lead. I'm only going with them if I don't like the design of pelfreys hc rear with swingout. But I like their regular hc rear so I'm sure the swingout will be bad ass. Supposed to be dual swingout modular something something

There was a time people waited 9+ months for their shit to show up from relentless. Haven't seen anything like that lately but I haven't been on those forums since I'm all armored up now. Things could have changed.

 Damn. Well I know @SixthSnail got all his armor from relentless and he recommended them to me for my hc rear. But I don't think I can wait 4 months after ordering haha. I'm hoping I'll be the first to get in on the hc swingout when it's released

Rubbing alcohol is what I used on my skids. Works well on the grease that may be on it.
