help- noob- LED wiring lights

Just mounted my ditch lights. Caliraised. The pods came with DT 2 pin female connectors, and what looks like 2 spare female connectors in the box. I bought them off someone else so not sure if he threw those in or if they cam with it. Any who, I assume I need a harness with the male connectors? Also, I am adding the blue sea fuse panel with the 100amp breaker and a light bar. Here is what I am looking at getting. Since I have the breaker do I still need harnesses with relays and in line fuses? Thanks in advance fellas

I don't know about the wire harness, I have always found it easier to make what you need. Do to length and what not but the blue sea box is a great thing to have. I always had it on my battery and i got this one about a year and half ago and it makes everything a lot easier. And looks cleaner to.
