    Put steaks in freezer for cast iron cooking later. I like how they turned out and don't feel like charcoal cooking in 104f with no shade.

    There's a couple different versions. One is a race where the boat is on a trailer and the other is where the boat is chained to the back of the car with no trailer. The fastest car with the most boat attached wins. And the demo derby is a separate event. We just went to the grocery store and seen a couple demo cars on trailer in the parking lot. I think it all starts around 1900 or so.
