There is a little foam pad in the door handle to cover up the screw. One of mine got sucked up in the shop vac before I noticed and realized what they were. They don't seem to have adhesive backing and just rest inside the handle.

Be careful when cleaning your car!

On another note the rubber stuff on below the window on the doors is a pain to clean, terry cloth just leaves cotton dust behind and is very hard to get off.

Make sure to trim your fingernails too, the plastic on my truck is already scratched to hell from me grabbing the handle to close the door

nice! Good idea... honestly, its in the back and no one sits back there usually, so not really a big deal. Why didnt toyota put hook/loop on this or something... or a glob of glue...

I also have a tube of this to secure those pieces in place.

They save a little coin not doing little things like the passenger side floor mat do-mi-hicky. (To name another thing)

I mean, you can go to Joannes and buy some fabric for like $1 and have enough to replace all your doors multiple times over.

Ahahah I just vacuumed one of them this weekend after a Tahoe trip, fishing through the shop vac was no fun. I would put some double sided tape in case you do need to take them out to remove your door panel.

Ditto, dude. Missing one of those would drive me freaking crazy until replaced. Like, end of the world crazy. LOL.

    I lost one too. :pout:

Not actually all that worried. It was my drivers side door so I just took one from the back door.
