I gotta ask because I'm working on my own build with an HF trailer. What did you use to upstage the axle? And the other items associated with putting on bigger wheels (I.e. Suspension, bearings, wider axle). Thank you in advance

Hey I was wondering how you were able to change the bolt pattern. If you changed the entire axle out or what! Please reply when you can and if you have the link to the product that would be great I fish from a kayak and just got done really building the trailer the way I want aesthetic wise...I just need to get rid of these wimpy wheels and tires! Thanks

Does HF still sell these trailers? I no longer see them on their website or in their adds.

I am extremely curious about what wheels you are running, the trailer is absolutely amazing. Awesome work!

Hey do you still have the trailer? It looks awesome!

I was wondering how is holding up? I want to make a camping trailer that can hold a tent and that has storage for gear.

Forgive me if this has been answered... I didn't see it as I skimmed the posts. Did you modify the original axle and/or hubs? It looks like Harbor Freight may have changed their design on these trailers to a 4 bolt hub (I think I see 5 bolts in your photo of the stock trailer)...

Just get a new axle, and convert to leaf sprung suspension. The slipper leaf suspension isn't made for offroading and is going to bounce everything around like crazy.
