you hit an ABS wire in the back, cutting it or partially cut it. Got back there n look.

Also check that everything is centered. Loosen the u bolts and pushed the leafs forward as far as they will go within the slop of the center pin hole and center pin. this should fix your steering wheel.

12v accessory plug right rear bed bin,1gallon air compressor setup in left rear bed bin, 3-window bed topper.
Not to highjack this thread... but along those lines....
Anyone believe I should pickup some shims if I am doing the aal? Anyone have an issue with driveline vibe or worry about rear diff angles after a simple aal?

No problem. Does anybody know if this is normal? The centering bolt doesn't look center. Left drivers Side

Theres your problem man.... that axle is a solid inch off center.... pull the block out and make sure you actually have it installed properly. There are probably voids in the top of the block other than the centering hole that the leaf pack is currently in.

    Something like this

And the pin of the leaf is in one of the square holes when it should be in a center small hole designed for the center pin.

ALSO NOTE, those blocks look tapered. Put the SMALLER edge to the front to point the pinion up.

Nope...centering pin isn't in the hole...check to make sure the block is ok...you need to lower the axle and align the pin

And like stated, make sure that block has its smaller short side at the front (tapered smaller forward facing on the truck) ON BOTH SIDES.

Which AAL kit was this? Icon's 1.5" kit or was this one of the single leaf kits sold by all the off road vendors? Just curious.

You will always need an alignment after installing a lift.

alignment wont fix the fact the axle was over an inch forward on one side vs the other......

also just a rear lift isnt going to do hardly anything to front end alignment, but reduce caster a smidge, and bring toe closer to 0 by a cunt hair.

good luck. Not a fan of my single AAL on my stock 3+1 leaf pack as far as the tons of axle wrap i have..... a block would only make it a lot worse. Axle wrap is my biggest cause of driveline vibes.
