    Sorry if I offended you OP, but Rago is a good family trying to make an honest living...

    I'm not surprised they did what they did. Not all retailers are like target or Walmart who can look the other way for $25. Business just doesn't work that way.

    No I'm not. If the person PROGRAMMING the site didn't account for things on sale and to give a discount. That's neither on the owner nor the customer. He's responsible for the mistake. And if u think 25.00 isn't worth suing for or telling the programmer to pay for the mistake guess u don't want to eat or ur kids to eat as u put it. It's the person who programmed the site who in the end who pays for the MISTAKE!!

    It's the person who programmed the site that is to blame. Be it them that did it. The customer had in no way anything to do with it. Someone needs to have accountability for the error is all I'm saying.

    Yes. they could afford to lose money. I'm not saying rago can't but they shouldn't have to over $25 and also after its already been discounted. Now you take into consideration of the profit margin that they lose on the discount. Now take more discount. = lower profit margin which then turns into not money being made. which is also like working for free. Would you work for free?
