I have a 2014 Tacoma DCSB that came with a tonneau and bed rails on both sides and on the cab side. I had a Leer cap for a while which "seemed" to fit fine, though I'd have water leak in at times, just not sure from where. Now I have an A.R.E. Z-series and again have water leaking in, but not sure from where.

I noticed that there's about a half inch gap at the back, and the front edge corner of the cap is actually sitting on my bed which is rubbing the paint. But when we put it on, it seemed to fit at that location. Do I need to remove the front bed rail in order to nudge the cap slightly forward? It seems the inside of the cap covers the top section of the bed rail at the front of the bed.

Just wondering if anyone can chime in on this.
