HELP! Pro comp 3 inch strut

2011 Silver tacoma

3inch struts on front, 285 75 17

Had pro comp 3 inch struts installed and seems like gradually over time the front end seems to be getting lower and lower. Now it's down to stock height. Could the struts be bad? There not adjustable. Not sure if I should just get new ones or if there could be another problem. Any help would be nice
