I would much rather replace rod ends than racks. That's why I'm staying with factory stock inner rod ends. I bent my first one on my last trip, I had it replaced and back on the road in 20 mins.

I believe the new Mason Trophy Trucks are running billet trailing arms with carbon fiber inlays. They are also using billet spindles. Very competitive winning trucks. Proper engineering can go a LONG way now days with CAE.

Anyone know someone who works at Geiser? I'm trying to order parts or plan a trip to go visit their shop but haven't been very successful.

What are the preferred replacement CV boots for a TC +2 kit? Are people using the porsche 930 boots? Original boots? Something else?

Part #s along with preference would be even better.

All the sets I've installed came with clamps for the large diameter side of the boot and I just reused the old clamps for the small diameter side. I've also used stainless tie wraps. Both routes require a different specialty tool to install correctly. TC extended axles include hose clamps. I don't use them. But do keep a spare set in my trail spares.

You also may want to order grease from sdhq when you order the boots. They don't come with grease like the oem' do
