    Do you reload? If not, I would recommend it. It's the only way to feed that thing without going bankrupt. Nice looking rifle!

    Not yet, but it looks like that's in my future! Cheap commercial ammo is 50 cents a round. You can reload for less than half of that and if you cast your own bullets it gets really cheap.

    I tried loading with some coated cast bullets but they ended up leading my can some. So I swapped to nosler 190g custom competition. You can get them cheap when they do overrun sales. With those I can load good accurate subsonic for about .27 cents per round.

    Looks like the general consensus is buy a single stage press to learn on. Then go progressive for volume and keep the single stage for accuracy loads.

    Everyone always said that was the way to go. But I went straight to a progressive. If you think about it, you can just run one round through at a time and it's essentially a single stage. Maybe one day I will get a single stage to mess with.

    I have a lee loadmaster. It's a bit finicky but once you get it dialed in it works pretty good. If I was to do it again I would probably just spend the money and go Dillon. I guess it depends on how many rounds you shoot a year. If you are shooting 1000 rounds a year, the loadmaster should work fine. If you are getting up to 4 or 5000 rounds a year just get the Dillon.
