I was looking at that but there's no info on the spring rate!?? Too bad they don't sell them without the spring... ?? that's where the lift is going to come from.

The OP is right... it's night and day different... should probably test drive an OR when I'm at the dealership next time.. this week I think. You won't notice until you do... then there's no way you'd go back.

I knew it was harsh .. I put a bale of hay in the bed back until I got a new suspension, that helped a bunch. Didn't help the sway/uneasy feeling around turns on highway tho...

Not sure how the roads are where you are from but here in LA they are the worst.. I think the roads just highlight how unforgiving the sport is on a terrible road. If you are happy with your set up, You shouldnt change a thing. I was miserable and now I am happy with my truck. I wish I had gone with the OR to begin with as the Crawl is a valuable tool to have if you get stuck and the upgraded suspension. As my truck sits now... I am beginning to fall in love all over again.

No. I just changed my Limited to Bilstein 5100. The take offs are Hitachi, they are in my garage if you would like to see them.

I just picked up on this thread , and what I think the OP suffers from, is not so much an actual " garbage" ride, as it is he just needs the excuse for getting new mod's for the truck!
Definatly not a "sissy" thing...or is it!
We all have,to a certain degree;the want to buy more toys for our tacos :). Just some of us (just do it)and others make up crap reasons why we " need " to do it !
All the same in the end more money spent and the next "garbage" thing we see about our trucks that we can throw more money at !! And a forum full of vendors counting on us to do so!!

If you wanted a softer ride you should of considered the SR5 long bed. Mine drives very smooth on the highway. Softer suspension and a longer wheelbase makes a big difference. Ofcourse offroad it isn't as good.
