    No 1000-2000 feet actually seemed to do better on the higher elevation climbs 5000+

    I know this may sound excessive, but one thought is to do a dyno and see where your numbers land you. That way you could at least confirm the condition of your truck and move to a supercharger knowing everything else was sound.

    Have you checked your vacuum hoses for split ends/cracking? Potential source for vacuum leaks.

    So I was going to look into replacing the fuel filter, not sure if that is a main issue or not but I figured it was somewhere to start. Turns out 2nd gen Tacomas have the fuel filter within the gas tank and are "non-serviceable" thoughts on that? Is there something I can put into the tank to help clean things up?

    Negative. The filter media is enclosed inside. The only way to truly clean the filter is to upgrade to the URD pump kit, which removes the OEM filter assembly and replaces it with an external one.

    This and clean your mass airflow sensor/throttle body. Easy and cheap.

    Might have to ditch the 33s
