Lets talk about games. All platforms.

I'm kinda bummed that a couple of the games I was looking forward to this Winter are now being pushed to Spring 2018. I am excited for Wolfenstein II though. Looks like it will fill the void til RDR2 is out. And still no new Elder Scrolls.

Ya i'm looking forward to Wolfenstein II as well. I played "The Old Blood" and want to pick up "The New Order" as well. Not super excited about any games coming out, yet. I usually have a backlog of games I want/need to play start to end so i'll wait a bit and see what the reviews of the new releases look like. For some reason I don't have an urge to get COD WWII. I'm still playing BO3 and love it. Now that I bought the Switch i've also been immersed in The Legend of Zelda. Beyond that I have at least 4 PS4 games I bought but have never played and 4 Switch games i've bought but never played that all need catching up on.

I'm probably going to get another PS4 when The Last of Us 2 comes out. Then I'm sure I'll get behind in games like you said. Still playing Resident Evil 7 right now and I've already restarted Fallout 4, Skyrim and All Bioshocks.

been playing farcry 4 and then farcry primal with bouncing back to MLB the show. I just can't seem to get back into fallout even though there is DLC still for me to get through

Bethesda games for me are ones I always come back to after a long while. I tend not to play them for months then I start them back up. I like the ability to do side quests and not main quest after main quest.

I saw that trailer for Wolfenstein, looks really neat. I have the last one (i think) that was on xbox 360...the one with The Veil. I really liked it. Buddy at work has shown me the God of War trailer like 3 times so we will probably get it too. I'm still playing Ghost Recon Wildlands when I have spare time. Got the new GameInformer that has the new Assassins Creed:Egypt. AC is one of my favorite series, but I haven't caught up since Unity.
Really really looking forward to Red Dead Redemption 2, I hope it controls like MGS5. I was going back and forth between those two games and RDR1 felt old and clunky on my 360.

how is RE7? Resident Evil always was my favorite series, but didn't immediately get 7 since it seemed so different from everything before. I liked 4,5, and 6, but I sure miss tank controls.

Resident Evil is pretty good. Feels like the original in terms of creepy and jump factor. It plays like the others but the last one I played was 5 or 6 on PS3. Now I'm playing on PC with a Xbox controller. I really like Assassin's Creed though I've only played up to 3 and rage quit after the controls kept f-ing up my missions. You know how that goes.

I made my own "retro gaming console" that has many NES, SNES and N64 games but as a collector i'd still like to grab one of these as well.

I'm with @gkomo and just made my own. I went with a Nvidia Shield using RetroArch. These SNES/NES mini's are too limited for how much they cost.

As for current games I started playing Sniper Elite 4. Pretty good game. Nothing to write home about but worth the $30 I paid for it.

It looks super complicated to make, given my skill level. I can play games good, but opening up those wires and circuits and I'm lost.

You could always just download emulators on a laptop. I have NES on mine.

I'm waiting until Shadow of War comes out. Since RDR2 is so far away. I platinum'd Shadow of Mordor this week, still need to finish Horizon Zero Dawn (on last mission, for platinum as well). Also only like 3 trophies from platinum on Mass Effect Andromeda, so I might as well get those.

Next in line is Resident Evil 7 (haven't played any of them since RE2 on PS1), also have Prey, Deus Ex Mankind Divided and Last of Us waiting on the shelf. Might also pick up Witcher 3 later this year since Fallout 4 and Skyrim have ran their course (for now). All of these are on a PS4 Pro.

Yup, I've done that before (along with everyone else in my office )

I think RE 7 will be my next purchase; RE and MGS have always been my favorite series, and I feel like I am way behind on RE. I got the one that came out on DS, but could not beat the last boss, then I got part 2 that came out on console, the one with Claire running around an abandoned prison then you play as Barry later to save her. I really liked it, but I felt like I rushed thru it and I cannot tell you now what it was actually about. I have most of the originals on PS1 and all of them except Code:Veronica on Gamecube.
Someone gave me Skyrim and I have not yet started it, knowing how great it is. I just know its going to be a several months commitment, and I'm just too busy to commit right now. being an adult sucks.

I remember watching a top ten games list and saw Skyrim then so I decided to pick it up. I have been playing it constantly for the last 4 years. I also had a friend years ago tell me about Fallout 3 and decided to buy that too. That got me hooked for life as well. Damn you Bethesda!

The original Resident Evil on PS was awesome as a kid, I still remember my brothers telling me how they were able to levitate and kill with the shotgun and I was in ahh. I don't even know if that was possible and I've never been able to do it.

I'm horrible at electronics. YouTube got me through the build. You literally don't do anything with the Raspberry Pi itself, just plug and play the HDMI and Power cables, and load stuff onto the Micro SD. All the circuit board stuff is a complete 'buy and use' Raspberry Pi, no messing with that at all.
