Anyone have a lift or leveling kit on their truck with stock tires? Just want to see what it would look like. Thanks

I just completed the installation of an Air-Lift leveling kit, and I absolutely LOVE it! Also installed new "MonoMax" KYB HD shocks on the back while I was doing the airlift install. Got really tired of the "saggy-butt" every time I put more than 400 or 500# in the bed, so I picked up an Air Lift kit. Air Lift is ironically located right here in Lansing, MI where I live, so I got a complete kit for $238.00. Course, I ordered it on-line to avoid paying the 6% sales tax :)

I've used Air Lift products since the 70's, so I'm pretty familiar with how they work. I will add on-board air at a later date, but right now I just have a little manual foot pump that just about instantly puts the bags up to about 10# - 20# of air, depending on how much I am hauling. Leveled it out perfectly with over 600# of stuff in the bed with just about 20# of air on each side. Rides rather normally too; no problems.

    Image with loaded bed:
2nd image below is just after install (without any air in bags)

Here's mine with OME 880's and a shackle lift in the rear :)anonymous:)

I gained about 1.75" lift in the front and .75-1" lift in the rear and have 31/10.5/15 General Grabbers.

That's the whole reason I didn't go for slightly more lift - I had just bought brand new 31" tires, and I didn't want to make them look tiny. I think they look well-proportioned with the lift that I have but I personally wouldn't go more than about 2-2.5" lift without getting bigger tires.

I was thinking about 2inch. My tires are brand new so don't need new tires anytime soon. Wanted to make sure it didn't look weird.

Yeah, that will look fine. If I could do it over, I'd have gone slightly higher and gotten the OME 881's and Wheeler's 5-leaf for about 2" front/1.5" rear with my 31's.
