Sucks man. It's common on our trucks, but actually common among all vehicles that use the design.
Funny how so many vehicles don't come with camber adjustments and then the aftermarket offers up adjustable ones just like ours.

    Having trouble reconciling this:
    1. LCA's are off of the truck.
    2. He would press out the bearings.
    3. The bolts seized inside will make it harder.

If the LCA's are off the truck, then he must have cut through the bolt. The bushing and bolt then presses out together.
Dunno.. maybe I'm missing something. Maybe he has a 10Ton press and has limitations.

I'm not sure either but one of the guys that I talked to said that the truck is on the lift and the LCA's are just hanging there. So i'm guessing they haven't taken them off yet. At this point, they've had my truck since last week, ordered the wrong alignment bolts, had to wait to have the right ones come in, and now I just want my truck back and for them not to have it anymore.

Unfortunately they closed for the day and by the time i'd be able to call them tomorrow to tell them to put it back together it'll be too late because of work and my schedule.

Dang, I hate to hear a story like this.. When there is soo much knowledge and so many willing to lend a hand here... Especially when it deters a wheeling trip and unnecessarily empties your wallet, there's much better ways to do that on here.

Yeah, I know it sucks. Usually I do most everything myself but I don't have as much time to work on the truck like I used to with this new job.

Any trails that a stock 3rd gen would be able to handle? Trying to gauge whether it is worth the two hour drive or not. If there is enough to see/do that I can make at least a half-day out of it, then I'd be down to go at some point soon.

You can spend hours and hours there in a stock truck. Lots of trails. Just go to el dorado outpost, get your day use permit- and go explore! They will give you a map.
