More details, please. What's on them? What have you already tried? Photos?

3 inches, Ray10s, 34s, OVTuning, and driver mod for now.
I'll be following this, they are a pain to clean honestly an I don't like coating them to make them "greasy" clean looking. As of now I use Adam's car shampoo but there has to be a better product or method to getting them cleaned really well and uniform.

This kinda sits at the top of the pack for wheel cleaning. This is a little stronger. After cleaning, I might look into an SiO2 coating for protection and to make future cleaning easier. It's spray on and rinse off with a jet of water. No easier way to protect a wheel. Or this:

Chemical Guys Decon Deironizer. I use every 3rd wash along with the Diablo wheel gel and wheel cleaning brushes. I can eat off my wheels.

You have to stay ontop of keeping the wheels clean or brake dust will embed into the wheel making it harder and harder to get clean.

I second getting some sort of coating on the wheels to help future cleaning. Especially if you do a lot of city driving.

Try the Griots garage basic wheel cleaner it is about 5 dollars for a spray bottle and it does a terrific job

I've had my matte black TRD Beadlocks for two years now & they look as good as they day I purchased them. I coat them once a year with & they clean up good as new with car wash soap & water. I live in the mountains so I get a lot of brake dust accumulation plus road salt in the winter. I haven't purchased a bottle of wheel cleaner since so the wheel coating has paid for itself.

I use a combination of chemical guys stuff. I first spray them down with their signature series wheel cleaner and let sit for 60 seconds then with a prepared soap bucket with diablo gel and multiple brushes they look good as new.
