So. The Low beams in the OP are 100% not bright enough for anything. They would ONLY be suitable for DRLs and nothing else. Re-keying them did nothing. They are dim and underpowered for low beams. I have two other LED bulbs coming in on Tuesday and I will leave a review.

I just checked to make sure all of my H11 bulbs from low, high, and fogs are labeled 12-24w. They may have mislabeled or gave you the wrong set, but it might not make that much of a difference.

    I bought a 6,000 and a 12,000

MICTUNING Extremely Bright H11(H8, H9) LED Headlight Bulbs, 60W 6000 Lumens Beam (6000K White, Pack of 2)

    BROVIEW V8 LED Headlight Bulbs w/ Clear Arc-Beam Kit 72W 12,000LM 6500K White Cree LED Lights for Cars Replace HID & XENON Headlights (2pcs/set)( H8 H11 H9)

I read this entire thread, and other users have had luck with these two. I will do a comparison between stock, the OPs low beams, and these two probably this weekend.

But yeah, the OP low beams are completely worthless.

Okay. I'll give them a call and see what they say. The wiring is different from the last ones. It has a bigger black box. Thanks for the reply

I called. They said it's all fine. No worries. I was told that they are going with this voltage now because of daytime running lamps. Daytime running lamps run at a lower voltage. So from now on they are going to be running these. Which we are OK because we don't have daytime running headlights.

wonder if it would be cheaper and cleaner if you're able to get the relay that's made for LED bulbs?

These wont be hard to install or mount to the truck behind the taillight, there is tons of room. I just hope they work as LED tails/signals are much nicer IMO.

I agree, the sheer light output of the LED bulbs for the turn signals makes it worthwhile. So you're just going to install the resistors for the rear bulb, are you going to do the same for the fronts?

Well, I got the lights in today. Apparently the 6000 lumen Mictuning is 6000 per bulb, and the 12,000 broview is 12,000 combined. They don't advertise the same way. Didn't know that until I read the the literature inside the box. Disappointed.

Does either one fit in the headlight low beam with the limited space?

Highest LED I've seen is 6k per bulb aka 12k combined.

Those who has switched out reverse lights any suggestions to which LED bulbs are the brightest. I'm looking to switch mine out and I want the brightest I can get.
