    Ok
My brakes are soft or I have to push almost to the floor to get them to work.
What should I look for , Yes the brake fluid is full ?

Did this just start, or has it been happening for a while?
Start by bleeding the brake lines to ensure you do not have air in the lines.

Funny I guess it's been happening for while , and I noticed how much it took to stop yesterday.

I've rebuilt before, but for the time/effort I think a new master might be a better choice.

BTW, I agree w/others that bleeding/adjustments are the first step.

Free, easy, and you need to do them anyway, even if the master is ultimately the problem.

If you decide to bleed the brakes, suggest making sure you have clean fluid in the reservoir. Seems like replacing the brake fluid is frequently overlooked and it absorbs moisture over time. The fluid should be almost clear.

Some folks use a turkey baster to remove the fluid from the reservoir, but I like to use a spray bottle as I think it makes less of a mess. Then fill the reservoir and bleed each line until it runs clear. You can buy a power bleeder, or get somebody to pump the brakes, but it is just as easy to do letting it gravity drip. Takes longer, but works and only cost is for the fluid and short length of tube....and any beverage you drink while letting it drip.
