muffle brake pedal noise?

    What do you mean there is no vacumm assit? dont they have a brake booster?

    EDIT: just did some quick googleing and it looks like trd off roads have hydraulic assist not vaccum. I bet it has something to do with Crawl Control and MTS.

    Never heard it in my truck, however both of my girlfriend's 4runners do it. 2015 SR5 and a 2017 SR5. I never found a solution other than turning the radio up.

    It's normal only if it isn't happening all of the time or very loudly. They replaced my entire assembly and it fixed the egregious bzzzzzt that was happening every other press. Brakes shouldn't feel that way.

    Now it I feel a slight "bzzt" every 10-20 presses and only at low speeds. It's barely noticeable now.

    So, if it's bad, make them correct it.
