I just want to fix/replace my fogged up original headlights. Nothing special, just clear headlights that work well. After reading all i could find im still confused Depos or what? Id like to avoid OEM cost. Id buy OEM off ebay but someone might have just cleaned them up and in a few months id be right back with fogged lights.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    - remove headlight
    - remove all bulbs
    - let it air out till all the moisture is out
    - reseal the headlights with silicone all around
    - throw in a few packs of SILICA GEL.

    Should work!

My bad, I should have said hazed not fogged. I've polished them back to new look twice and even with protecting they look like crap in a couple months. I'm sick of dealing with them and just want a set that will hold up to the sun.

Your best bet is OEM headlights. They are not expensive. Aftermarket would cost more. Just don't buy directly from Toyota, they will hose you on cost.

Are you sure you cannot fix your headlights and then use UV protective coatings on the lights to prevent future hazing? Headlights are a pain to replace but also all brands seem to have a risk of collecting condensation. So you might trade one problem for another.

Research the lights you get and read reviews. I recently had to get a new tail light and I got OEM off Amazon for like $70. Its been great so far. No leaks *fingers crossed*.

PS with the new lights use either a paint sealer or wax on your lights to protect from UV damage. Use wax after every wash if you go through autowashes or don't wash with car wash soaps. Use a sealer if you hand wash only (detergents strip sealers off). Doing nothing will gaurentee uv ray damage.
