Sad day for me

I woke up this morning to find someone stole one of my RI D2 hyper spots and tried to steal the other one as well. No one respects anyone else's property anymore.

Unfortunately no. I live in a large apartment complex. About 3 weeks ago my lights were turned to blind myself when I turned them on. Here is a photo from this morning. I believe it's the same individual.

 

Make anybody mad recently? Probably just kids​

 

Do you think the police would do a fingerprint check on the light area to see if they find any matches?

 

Real question: do you think the police want to waste the crime labs time over truck lights?

 

I've been very friendly with all of my neighbors. I'll post another picture in a minute. They ripped the light off and left the wiring. So the light is useless.

Sounds like you need a game cam. Then bait the trap with another light.

When you catch a kid, just make sure your response is reasonable for the crime...keeping in mind it's a kid being dumb. Maybe make him help pay for a new one then help you rewire it. It might give him some respect for the cost and work that goes into those lights.

But honestly,the shining the lights at your face is hilarious and something I may have done as a teenager.

The reason 'kids' are the way they are is their parents in the vast majority of cases.

Friend working as a sub in a middle school got F bombed by a 6th grader. Sent him to the principal, who called a 'parent'. The parent's response? What did you do to make my son talk that way?
