Sorry to hear. I highly recommend researching the University of Arkansas Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas. They are the leading research institute for Multiple Mylemona. We made many trips there to help a family member while she received treatment.

Had Chemo on the 19th and Stem Cell Transplant on the 21st. It was not as bad as I thought it would be. I have been home for two weeks now. I have to force myself to eat. I have lost a total of 44 pounds. 2/3 of my hair fell out ,All my numbers look real good and now it is just time to heal. Dr. Say's by December I should be feeling pretty good. I will update again soon. Thanks for the prayers guy's.

: Battery died in the Tacoma while I was in the hospital and would not take a charge. Real good friend of mine came and swapped it out for me ( I am still not supposed to be out in public for another week)

Update: Went back to Emory on Dec 1st had the full set of tests. PET scan, Bone and Bone Marrow biopsy's full blood work.
Went back yesterday on the 15th and was told that the PET scan showed NO tumors, NO trace of Cancer in my Bone or Bone Marrow. Just a small trace of cancer still in my blood. That is still coming down from my Transplant. Dr. Says that will come down to 0 % in time. Now I am doing monthly Chemo and Bone Hardener IV as Maintenance from now on or until I relapse. Many Thanks to all for your kind thoughts and Prayers. F@#K Cancer!!

Positive thoughts for you in 2018! I was told in December 2011 that I had 12-18 months to live and now I'm feeling better than I have in a long time.

Finished all my Treatments. Everything is going as best that can be expected. My numbers are still going down from the Chemo and my Stem Cell transplant is working well too. Picked up the Flu before Christmas and it took 3 weeks to get rid of it. I started my Maintenance Meds in January. I take a chemo pill every Friday for three weeks and then skip a week and then start all over. I also go for a IV Bone Hardener infusion each month for a year.
Thanks for keeping up with my journey........
