    The only real valuable real estate advice I can give, is look into Laguna Woods. There is a catch, you have to be 55 to buy. If one can sign with ones parents there are great deals there. Renters are lined up by the dozens also.

    Yes the Chinese are buying in droves but most people put their parent there as a last stop before nursing home. I would buy there again in a heartbeat if I was staying. Little elbow grease and you are done. I tripled my money in 6 years but I did all the work myself.

    True Only decent place you can get a 2+2 for 200k. It will soon be over though. My grandma bought a place when it opened in 1967 and my mom lives there now. Great place for old folks.
