    With your basic pay, all of the other incentives and your reenlistment bonus you should be able to make it rain hundred dollar bills every night at the club. That's what everyone thought while I was in. E4 pay was definitely a big pay raise over E3 pay IIRC. I've been exactly where your at before, big dreams with no funds to make them happen. Get the best that you can afford and start saving for something better down the road.
